You must sign your Waste Transfer Note every year. Your new note is generated 12 months after your contract starts, unless you have amended your contract.

You must register on the customer portal to sign the note and to get email reminders. You can see your current and previous notes in the portal.

You will get an email when it is ready to be signed. Log in to the customer portal to sign.

If you do not sign it, you will receive a reminder email. If you do not sign within 14 days of the reminder email being received, we will freeze your account and we will not collect your waste.

You must keep your Waste Transfer Notes for up to 2 years.

Duty of Care charge

You will need to pay a duty of care every year. The first charge is at the beginning of your contract. This will cover the following twelve months until the anniversary of your contract the following year. This charge is not refundable if the service is ceased before the end of the year.

The full annual charge will apply even if you end your contract part way through the 12 month period, unless you give us 90 days’ notice.
